Salon Policy

Regular nail polish services are not guaranteed. Acrylic, Shellac, and Gel services are guaranteed for 72 hours — free repairs are available for any salon-caused issues within this window.

Please note that the salon is not liable for any damage or infections that occur after your visit.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

After 3 missed appointments without notice, clients will be required to either visit as a walk-in or pay a full, non-refundable deposit prior to booking any future appointments.

Please contact us if you are running late. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee your full service if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time.

Once services have been completed and paid for, we consider that you are satisfied with the results. We do not offer refunds after payment has been processed.

Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents or guardians are fully liable for any damage caused by children within the salon premises.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please present your voucher at the time of your appointment.

RDS Nails & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client presenting with open wounds, contagious skin or nail conditions, or anyone who displays inappropriate behaviour toward our staff.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment begins.

The salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.
